The 91st convocation of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, brought joy to K.D. Medical College-Hospital and Research Center. Amidst thunderous applause, Chief Guest, India Habitat Center Director, Prof. K.G. Suresh, Governor Anandiben Patel, and Vice Chancellor Ashu Rani presented gold medals and certificates to K.D. Medical College students Meher Parashar and Prachi Dawar in Surgery and Medicine, respectively, during the solemn ceremony on Wednesday.

At the convocation held at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Mandapam of the Swami Vivekananda Campus in Khandari, Agra, 117 medals were awarded to 77 meritorious students of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University. The chief guest was academician Prof. K.G. Suresh, Director of the India Habitat Center, New Delhi. K.G. Suresh, Governor Anandiben Patel, and Vice Chancellor Ashu Rani presented the Dr. Sharda Prasad Srivastava Gold Medal to K.D. Medical College medical students Mehar Parashar for the highest score in Surgery in the MBBS 2025 examination, and the Shri Brajnandan Choubey Memorial Gold Medal to Prachi Dawar for the highest score in the practical examination of Pharmacology in the MBBS 2025 examination.

Expressing his delight at the meritorious success of the meritorious students, Dr. Ramkishore Agarwal, Chairman of R.K. Educational Group, said that this achievement was possible only through the students’ hard work and the able guidance of experienced faculty. K.D. Medical College Chairman Mr. Manoj Agarwal congratulated the meritorious students, saying that this was a matter of pride for the entire institution. Mr. Manoj Agarwal stated that the students’ golden success and achievements at the university level are a testament to K.D. Medical College’s diligent work towards the all-round development of its students.

K.D. Medical College-Hospital and Research Center Dean and Principal Dr. R.K. Ashoka and Executive Director Arun Agarwal also congratulated the two meritorious students and wished them a bright future. Principal Dr. R.K. Ashoka praised the meritorious students Mehar Parashar and Prachi Dawar for their historic achievement, saying it reflects their hard work, discipline, regular study, and deep understanding of the subjects. This success will inspire other students to excel.
